Evidence to provide
Identify the URL, exact statement, non-sensitive reproduction steps and a primary source where available. A current official tariff, policy document or government record is more useful than an unsourced average.
How changes are assessed
The operator should reproduce a reported calculation, distinguish a software defect from an input or scope issue, and verify whether a cited source applies to the location and date in question. Material changes should be reflected in the page and its metadata. No professional review or response-time guarantee is implied.
Privacy
Never submit account identifiers, health records, policy documents, legal case files or other sensitive personal information. Summarize the issue using synthetic example figures instead.
